That one was... Venus, wasn't it? Or was it Neptune? Emily knew from the start that she was going to do poorly on this one. She had only passed Astronomy each year by the skin of her teeth. She was glad that she would be able to give it up next term. But as for now, she was completely perplexed by the chart she had to label. It didn't show the planets in position from the sun, so it was especially hard. Emily frowned, figuring she'd go with her first guess, and labeled the planet "Venus."

Saturn, Mercury, Jupiter... That star was Sirius A, since Sirius B was a lot smaller... That constellation was, hmm... Zelphar scratched his head, this was more difficult than what he had previously thought. He couldn't mess that one up, he had to know his astronomy in order to do the good kind of alchemy. Scorpius! That was what it was.

Orion's belt was that one... Blaize frowned at his paper, just like Emily, he struggled with Astronomy. It was probably his least favourite subject. At least it wasn't needed if you wanted to become an author. Blaize did not aspire to write Astronomy textbooks. He sighed as he dipped his quill into his inkwell, and continued on, guessing most of the time.
